The Center for Research, Health, and Society, in partnership with ReMix Ideas, is offering a transformative 14-week program for entrepreneurs dedicated to improving health and advancing food fairness in Arkansas.

Rooted in the belief that food is medicine, Health on the Menu equips entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to build strong, viable businesses while making a lasting impact on community health.

In Arkansas, many low-resource communities face high rates of food insecurity, chronic diseases, and limited access to fresh, nutritious foods. Nearly 1 in 5 residents struggles with food insecurity, meaning they do not always have enough food at all times. This lack of consistent access to healthy foods significantly increases the risk of chronic illnesses, including cardiovascular disease and cancer.
