Remix Ideas to host “Ideas with Impact” Challenge Event

LITTLE ROCK, August 9, 2017 – Remix Ideas, a movement and platform for black professionals and entrepreneurs, will host an “Ideas with Impact” challenge event on Sept. 8, 2017 from 6pm to 11pm, at Robinson Center.
This event is designed to encourage black professionals and entrepreneurs to network, build relationships, exchange ideas and make positive impact in their local communities.
At this event, three applicants will be invited to present their ideas that have potential to positively impact their communities to a live audience, who will then select a winner.
$1,000 will be given to the winner. The winner will also receive mentoring from the Remix team and its community partners.
Applications to submit ideas are currently open at www.remixideas.com. The deadline to submit ideas is Aug. 25, 2017.
“This event is more than networking, it is about ideas with impact,” said Benito Lubazibwa, CEO of Remix Ideas. “Remix Ideas wants to inspire and encourage black professionals and entrepreneurs to collaborate to solve their community challenges.”
The Remix team will also be spicing up the experience with hors d’oeuvres, wine tasting, cash bar, and live performance by Reggae Artist Tim Anthony.
